I was brought on to the Art Department/Marketing team initially handling British collateral. I frequently collaborated with other departments to meet company objectives. With the acquisition of XKs Unlimited in 2017, I handled the design & transition of their marketing material. Working on XKs Jaguar program led to work expansion into photography, email and web graphics. During my time with Moss Motors I made contributions in: illustrations for apparel, products, and car part schematics. Product & auto photography for web and print use. Desktop publishing to bring content together for promotion flyers, product catalogs, Moss Motoring magazine, web and email graphics.

Directly interfaced with leadership and customers to support the IT environment and business needs. Served as lead, implementing projects, troubleshooting various networking and computing issues. Provided maintenance and technical support for PC workstations and servers including local/network printers, PDA’s, scanners, and client/server applications. Responsibilities included planning, designing, installing, configuring, testing, implementing and scheduling of server maintenance, upgrades and making purchasing recommendations. Performed multiple CAT5 network cabling projects and comm room installations. I was accountable for updating and maintaining Active Directory objects, login scripts, daily Windows & SQL Server backups. Also maintained integrity & security of server file structure & SQL database’s. Work also included graphic and web design for in-house desktop and web applications using the Adobe Creative Suite and Visual Studio. Detail oriented in completing and maintaining documentation of server architecture, disaster recovery plans, project requirements, standard desktop configurations, network diagrams, standard operational procedures.
